From the Old Lyme Harbormaster
There is a a Dinghy Dock on Ferry Road, near the State DEEP headquarters. A Dinghy Landing is available on the east side of the anchorage at the Pilgrim Landing boat launch site (just north of Old Lyme Marina), next to the dinghy storage racks.
Moorings: The Old Lyme Harbor Management Ordinance requires that prior to dropping a mooring in Old Lyme waters, an annual permit is needed. Mooring Application forms are available on the Old Lyme Harbormaster's webpage along with information on the two Town moorings for transient boaters and public use in the anchorage off the CT River north of Calves Island.
